At ADRIAN Hoteles, we work together with Effiwaste to measure and reduce food waste in our three hotels. The data accumulated until August 2026 reflects a positive evolution.
It is estimated that we have managed to avoid 31,320 kg of food waste, equivalent to 31.3 tonnes.
To put this figure into context, it is approximately equivalent to 69,601 plates of 450 grams.
In addition, the estimated reduction reaches 37.3%.
Behind these results is a continuous analysis work that allows us to know what is being wasted, when and where, to identify improvement opportunities and make more precise decisions.
Because measuring helps us understand, but also to act. We continue to review processes, optimize resources and work together with our teams to better use food and move towards more efficient and responsible management.
