At ADRIAN Hotels we continue to collaborate with CESAL, with whom we have been working for several years on initiatives related to training and professional development in the hospitality sector.
On this occasion, our colleague Patricia, from Human Resources, and Carlos Pérez, F&B director, took part in the professional brunch organized by CESAL in Adeje along with the participants of the Kitchen and Room-Barista of Empleo Vivo programs.
The meeting was an opportunity to get to know the participants, share experiences, and bring them closer to the reality of the sector.
Furthermore, for us it had a special meaning, since some of them will soon start their internships at ADRIAN Hotels. We are excited to be able to accompany them in this first professional experience and contribute to their training.
Thanks to CESAL for once again choosing us and for continuing to create spaces that connect training and employment.
