Some of our colleagues in the kitchen and pastry departments in Adrián Hoteles, have had the opportunity to participate in a Patisserie course taught by Miquel Antoja.

Miquel Antoja is considered one of the best Chefs in Spain and has worked in the kitchens of many prestigious restaurants in the country. He has trained with renowned chefs such as Ramón Freixa or Carme Ruscalleda.

We are proud to have had the privilege to learn from a great Chef like Miquel. Our kitchen and pastry colleagues have taken full advantage of the 2 days, to learn new techniques and take the making of pastries in our own hotels, to a new level.
