Adrian Hotels, in its commitment to achieving a high level of service quality in line with the needs of its guests, and aware that these expectations include a constant concern for the preservation of our environment, aims to ensure that its activities, products, and services are carried out responsibly. The goal is to safeguard a clean, unpolluted environment that guarantees the health and well-being to which every person is entitled.

What measures do we take to be more sustainable?

  • 100% of the electricity consumed by the three hotels comes from renewable sources.
  • Buildings are architecturally designed to maximize natural light.
  • Thermally insulated glass protects against cold and heat, maintaining a stable indoor temperature.
  • Solar energy (photovoltaic) at Roca Nivaria GH and Colón Guanahaní.
  • Reuse of warm air from air conditioning for pool heating and domestic hot water.
  • Motion sensors and timers.
  • LED lighting throughout all facilities.
  • Automatic on/off timers based on daylight hours.
  • Automatic air-conditioning shut-off in rooms when terrace doors are opened or via key card.
