From Adrián Hoteles we are very happy because our La Cúpula restaurant has been included in the prestigious 2016 Gastronomic Guide Condé Nast Traveler. The restaurant is located in our five star hotel Jardines de Nivaria.

The Gastronomic Guide Condé Nast Traveler Spain is also known as the ‘Foodie Bible’. You can find in there the best restaurants, gourmet shops, cocktail bars, gastrobars and wine cellars of Spain by region. It includes product information, gastronomic festivals and an analysis of the local cuisine of each region too.

In this new edition of 2016 our Restaurant La Cúpula appears as one of the best restaurants in Tenerife. The fusion of French and Canarian cuisine and the dishes elaborated by our chef Ruben Cabrera led to La Cúpula to earn a place in this guide.
