September 29: World Food Waste Day
At ADRIAN Hoteles, we have taken a strong step toward sustainability by implementing Effiwaste, a technological system that measures and analyzes food waste in real time. This system allows us to identify the causes of waste, optimize processes, and make more efficient decisions in our kitchens.
After first introducing it at Jardines de Nivaria, Effiwaste is now also in place at Colón Guanahaní and Roca Nivaria, marking a turning point in our resource management.
Accumulated results since its implementation:
