These awards are granted by British Airways Holidays in cooperation with Feefo, its customer feedback and review platform.
The certification is based on customer ratings of their experience in different categories such as location, service and value for money, among others. To be eligible for this award, more than ten reviews above 4.5 stars are required.
Jardines de Nivaria received a score of 4.5 out of 5.
Roca Nivaria GH received a score of 4,7 out of 5.
Colon Guanahani received a score of 4,7 out of 5.
