At ADRIAN Hotels, we continue to advance in our commitment to a more responsible tourism model as a participating company in the Circular Tourist Communities (CTC) project, promoted by Ashotel and ASAGA Canarias.
As part of this initiative, Santa Cosecha has been introduced, a new digital platform that will directly connect hotels and local producers, facilitating access to local products and strengthening the circular economy in the Canary Islands.
For us, being part of this project means continuing to advocate for a more sustainable cuisine, for the consumption of local products, and for closer collaboration between the tourism sector and the primary sector.
