We are very happy that we have received the “TUI Quality Hotel 2023” award at Jardines de Nivaria, Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel and Colón Guanahaní!
We are also the only hotel chain to have received the award for all our hotels.
These awards, given by the tour operator TUI, are granted by the clients through the satisfaction questionnaires they receive after their stays. TUI Quality Hotel is awarded to those hotels that are considered the best by users.
TUI would like to thank the effort that many hotels and hotel chains have had to make in recent years, taking into account the exceptional situations that have arisen.
With these latest awards in 2023, we now have a total of 126 awards granted by the tour operator TUI. This award represents a guarantee of quality that leads other customers to their preferred accommodation.
