Our Restaurant La Cúpula, located in the Jardines de Nivaria hotel, has once again received the official Michelin Guide 2025 plaque—a distinction that endorses the quality, creativity, and excellence of the work we carry out every day.

This plaque, presented by official sponsors Coca-Cola and RoyalBliss, was collected by our chef Rubén Cabrera, whose talent and leadership continue to be essential in exceeding expectations and making a difference with each culinary creation.

Being once again among the restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide—one of the most respected culinary publications worldwide—is a recognition that inspires us to keep perfecting our craft and offering memorable experiences to our guests.

This achievement is the result of the collective effort of the entire La Cúpula team, who pour passion into every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the service in the dining room.
