Since its opening, the Jardines de Nivaria hotel in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, has provided all kinds of exclusive services to the guests.
In 2016 our Hotel Jardines de Nivaria has been completely renovated, including our main restaurant Solandra bringing a totally new concept of dining.
The chefs and cooks in charge of the buffet at Jardines de Nivaria prepare the food in situ every day for all the diners. We are not talking about a traditional buffet: our chefs cook in front of the clients. The restaurant offers cold food, such as a rich selection of fresh cheese, salads, gazpachos, cold soups, and desserts, as well as hot dishes with a great variety of fish and meat. The restaurant Solandra has been refurbished recently, following our philosophy of constant improvement. The changes can be seen on this video.
To sum up, this is a new concept, which includes a great space and recipes that are created with local and seasonal products that help turn the Jardines de Nivaria hotel restaurant into a show of colours and flavours.
