That is why our hotel Jardines de Nivaria has become the first hotel to join the Association of Coeliacs and Gluten Sensitive People of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ACET).
Our collaboration with ACET represents a significant milestone in our commitment to offer safe, varied and gluten-free dining options to meet the specific dietary needs of all our visitors who require it. In addition, we have trained our entire restaurant and kitchen team on coeliac disease, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. The association itself also visited our facilities where they were shown the processes and measures in place regarding gluten handling.
Furthermore, we plan to expand this initiative to the other hotels of our Roca Nivaria GH and Colón Guanahaní chain in the near future. This decision not only reinforces our commitment to diversity and personalised service, but also highlights our ability to adapt to the individual needs of each visitor.
