Los Gigantes with a kayak
The cliffs of Los Gigantes are one of the most spectacular landscapes in Tenerife. Their vertical walls are up to 600 meters and they fall into the ocean creating an amazing natural defensive wall. The most common way to visit these rocky cliffs is by boat, from the harbour of Los Gigantes, but in order to escape from the conventional routes and look for adventure, there are some companies that offer kayaking near the cliffs. The majestic mountain can be observed from the ocean, and there is also the chance to snorkel and enjoy the richness of its clear waters.

Teide with a 4×4
The Teide National Park is the biggest park of the island and it is located in the highest part of Tenerife. In order to enjoy this park in a different and adventurous way, Adrián Hoteles suggests you to spend a morning of your vacations by touring this fantastic environment on board a Jeep 4WD and discovering the most interesting points of this wonderful landscape. A tour through roads surrounded by lava and a huge diversity of landscapes.

La Cueva del Viento
La Cueva del Viento is the largest volcanic tube in the European Union and it was formed due to the lava of the Pico Viejo, located in the northwest of Tenerife, next to the Teide volcano. It extends for over 17 kilometers of passageways plenty of geomorphological phenomenons such as lava pits and terraces. This caves allow the visitor to discover the ravages of a volcanic eruption and how the lava creates extraordinary shapes and forms.

Ziplines in Tenerife
An adventure theme park is the best way to enjoy a day with the family and feel the adventure in a natural environment. The Forestal Park, for example, offers adventure activities for all ages and it has 11 giant zip lines through the trees and more than 90 games. In addition, there are two circuits with different difficulty levels for families or more trained athletes.
