On the 5th of April, our restaurant ‘La Cúpula’ celebrated the event “6th Sense masterful dinner with José Joaquín Cortés”. Our wine pairing menu was a result of a collaboration between our chef Rubén Cabrera and the winner of the award of best Spanish sommelier “Nariz de Oro” (golden nose in Spanish) 2012.
Both we, from Adrián Hoteles, and the guests who attended the event were delighted by the quality of the products we tasted, something that we consider crucial when it comes to the success of the event.
