      Had another wonderful 2 weeks with you and so enjoyed our stay in Masca. Don’t know how you do it, but the Hotel and staff again made our holiday home from home. The standards that you set are very high and we so appreciate it.

      We posted a recommendation on Trip Advisor though I wondered if it was the right thing to do as we don’t want everyone going to our Hotel or there will be no room for us.

      Very many thanks for your most attractive gift of a pommelier set. Hopefully, David and I will enjoy many a "copa" from the glasses!

      Please convey our thanks to all your staff for their kindness and attention which they have shown to us and which has made our holiday this New Year just wonderful (as indeed has been our experience on all our many previous holidays).

      Luckily, we still have a few more precious days to enjoy the sunshine in Tenerife before we head for the cold climate of Ireland.

      We would like to thank you for the spectacular New year´s Gala night, which we know was achieved with hard work & dedication.

      The dinner, fireworks and entertainment were truly a credit to the hotel and the hot chocolate and pastries at the end of the evening (or should I say early hours of the morning?) were a nice touch.

      The brunch on New year´s day was also a fantastic and beyond our expectation as were the photograph & gift.

      A very big "well done" to all concerned and our sincere thanks for making our stay at the hotel very special indeed.
