Rubén Cabrera, chef desde 2007 del restaurante La Cúpula en el hotel Jardines de Nivaria, ha sido galardonado con el prestigioso premio ¡Qué Bueno! que le acredita como el mejor cocinero de las Islas Canarias. Nuestro chef ha recibido la más alta distinción dentro del sector de la restauración gracias a su constante creatividad, innovación y pasión por la excelencia gastronómica. Su tesón y su profesionalidad han llevado a La Cúpula a convertirse en un referente dentro de los restaurantes de Tenerife.
El premio es un reconocimiento a la exitosa y dilatada carrera de Rubén Cabrera, quien representó a las Islas Canarias en el último certamen culinario Madridfusión. El responsable de la carta del restaurante La Cúpula fue considerado como el mejor chef del concurso gastronómico español por segundo año consecutivo. Además, fue galardonado, también, con el primer premio del Concurso Internacional de Cocina Creativa “Gamba Roja de Dénia en 2015”.
