Desde 1994, TUI otorga este premio a los 100 mejores hoteles según una encuesta de satisfacción hecha a sus clientes, que tienen en cuenta los servicios, instalaciones y gastronomía entre otros muchos aspectos. Para Adrián Hoteles es un honor recibir este premio, ya que proviene directamente del cliente y su opinión.
Otros premios obtenidos en el 2014 son el Zoover Award para el hotel Colón Guanahaní y Jardines de Nivaria, el Certificado de Excelencia de Tripadvisor para Roca Nivaria y Colón Guanahaní y el Travelers Choice para el hotel Jardines de Nivaria. The two five stars hotels of the chain Adrián Hoteles belong to the five hotels of Tenerife that have received this prestigious award from the German tour operator TUI.
