On the 6th of April, our restaurant ‘La Cúpula’ celebrated the event “6th Sense masterful dinner with José Joaquín Cortés”. Our wine pairing menu was a result of a collaboration between our chef Rubén Cabrera and the winner of the award of best Spanish sommelier “Nariz de Oro” (golden nose in Spanish) 2012.
