Como medida de prevención hemos desinfectado completamente nuestros 3 hoteles.
En primer lugar esperamos que se encuentren en buen estado de salud.
Como ya saben, debido a la declaración del Estado de Alarma en todo el país nos veremos obligados a cerrar nuestros 3 establecimientos.
Como medida de prevención, después del cierre hemos desinfectado completamente nuestros 3 hoteles.

I have a holiday with you on 18 June through Jet2 – they say that they have not been told that Jardine de Nivaria hotel is closed. Is that the case? They have taken the full balance for our holiday as they say they have not heard that you are closed! Naught!y!
