By | 18 December, 2020 | 2 comments

Dear clients,

We inform you, that all travellers MUST carry a certificate of a negative result of the PCR test for COVID19, carried out in the 72 hours prior to your arrival. You may be required to show the certificate upon entry by the authorities. You must also present this certificate to stay at the hotel on the Canary Islands.

You must also download the RADAR COVID contagion notification app and keep it enabled on your mobile during your stay in the islands and for the 15 days immediately following your return to your place of origin.

We thank you for your understanding and your willingness to cooperate.

  1. JAMES GRAHAM says:

Hi .What will happen about our reservation 22 December to 30 December if the British
government makes it unlawful to go on holiday after December 2.

    • Dear Mr. Graham,

In this case you’d need to contact with your travel agent or tour opoerator for more information.

We join the opportunity to inform you that Roca Nivaria GH will be closed at least until 3rd January; we offer the possibility to change the reservation maintaining same conditions to our Hotel Jardines de Nivaria.

This should be done through your tour operator as well.

      With sunny regards from Tenerife,

      Your Adrian Hoteles Team
