The three hotels in the chain have obtained a number of quality certificates that demonstrate our commitment to our guests and to the environment.

    The Hotel Jardines de Nivaria is also certified in line with ISO 14001:2004 standard. The implementation of this system optimises resource and waste management and reduces the potential direct and indirect environmental impacts caused by the hotel's activities.

  • EMAS - certified environmental management

    EMAS - certified environmental management

    The Environmental Management System in place in the Hotel Jardines de Nivaria has been certified in line with the EMAS regulation (the EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) since 2004. This represents the hotel's commitment to ongoing improvement, checked by means of independent audits.

    "Q for Tourism Quality" is the brand representing quality in the Spanish tourism sector. It ensures guaranteed quality, security and professionalism in the provision of tourism services.
    The hotels Jardines de Nivaria, Colón Guanahaní and Roca Nivaria were awarded the "Q for Tourism Quality" certificate in the years 1999, 2000 and 2008 respectively, following a strict audit with the aim of guaranteeing the satisfaction of our guests.
