Carta de verano – Restaurante La Cúpula, Costa Adeje
The new summer menu of the restaurant La Cúpula, located in the Hotel Jardines de Nivaria is now available. This year it has received a Certificate of Excellence 2014 from Tripadvisor

This menu, created by the chef Rubén Cabrera includes lighter dishes according to the summer season made with local and international products. We recommend the seasonal salad, made with vegetables from the island of Tenerife and the black canarian suckling pig terrine flavoured with honey and pepper from La Palma and accompanied with a fine potato bonbon.
The menu from the restaurant La Cúpula also includes a degustation menu created in conjunction by the chef Rubén Cabrera and the chef Benoit Neusy from the belgique restaurant L’Imperatif with a Michelin star. On the 18th of July we will have both of them cooking for you at the restaurant La Cúpula, the menu is 55€ per person.
The gastronomy of the restaurant of all hotels of Adrian Hoteles always has been a priority. You can find first class ingredients in this summer menu, such as lobster, mangosteen fruit and hake from Celeiro.
