This menu, created by the chef Rubén Cabrera includes lighter dishes according to the summer season made with local and international products. We recommend the seasonal salad, made with vegetables from the island of Tenerife and the black canarian suckling pig terrine flavoured with honey and pepper from La Palma and accompanied with a fine potato bonbon.
